At Enchant Home, we want returning or exchanging a product to be as easy as buying one. Use our self-service returns portal — no emails, no waiting.

Return Window

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange Window

Size and colour exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery. Subject to availability. If your preferred variant is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
  • COD orders: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — you'll enter your account details through the portal
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact support@enchanthome.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.

COD Order Cancellations

Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order via the portal or by emailing support@enchanthome.in. If already dispatched, refuse delivery at the door — we'll process your cancellation automatically.

Return Shipping

  • Manufacturing defect or wrong item: Enchant Home covers return shipping
  • All other returns: Customer bears return courier charges

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been washed, used, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Customised or personalised products (unless damaged on arrival)
