Quick Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of inspection. COD orders are refunded as store credit or bank/UPI transfer.
What can be returned?
Any unused item in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing parts/packaging cannot be accepted. Customized and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item — in that case we arrange or reimburse the return shipping.
Received a wrong, damaged or defective item?
Start a return request (or email us) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a video of the issue and the packaging. You can choose a replacement or a refund.
